Strength & Conditioning
Come join trainer Hector Ortiz and SYC coach Ross Scatchard for a high quality strength and conditioning series designed to get athletes into great early season riding shape. We will focus on body weight strength training, plyometrics, balance, and resistance training to develop core strength and agility. The series will help riders develop bike specific muscle groups and also prevent biking related injuries by strengthening the supporting muscles to become a complete mountain biker.
Session 3: Thursdays, 3/21-4/11 & 4/25 @ 4:30-5:30 pm
For riders ages 10 and up.
